ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIO-POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT AND SHARED MANAGEMENT: POSSIBILITIES OF A NEW SOCIAL CRITIC COMPOSITION

A major question of sustainable development these days is linked to the human capability to understand the limits of individualism and therefore the consequences of social segregation, followed by the pressure of both the overuse of natural resources and the ideology of production obtained from capital and, susceptible to arise an innovative practice in the scenery of social-environmental policy, by participatory and popular citizenship, leading to promote a different conception of society. Thus, this work is relevant, since it aims to address the sustainable development as a new social integration based on a socio-political environment through democratic composition. And the path used to fulfill this goal was bibliographic survey. Sustainable development emerges as a way of inserting the participation of all sectors of society in the pillars of the political and social structure, being its discussion essential.
