摘要
Ebstein's anomaly is a rare congenital disease. It occurs in around 1/200,000 newly babies born alive, accounting for 1% of all cardiac congenital diseases. It is characterized by apical displacement of the posterior and septal leaflets of the tricuspid valve, in discordance with the fibrous Tricuspid ring. The time of presentation and symptoms will be related to the severity of the anomaly and the presence or absence of associated malformations. The presence of an accessory pathway in Ebstein's anomaly is a frequent association. We present a case of a two-month and 4 kg, newborn baby, diagnosed with Ebstein's anomaly that was transferred to our institution for treatment of a practically incessant tachycardia with hemodynamic compromise and failed drug approach. We will discuss the catheter ablation used, describing as well the ECG analysis according to the underlying anomaly and the difficulties faced to solve the case.
