摘要
NIR spectroscopy was used for the non-invasive determination of blood glucose for different test persons. For this purpose spectra were obtained using a spectrometer with Fibre-optical measuring-head scanning from 900 nm to 1200 nm. The results of different methods of multivariate calibration are presented and discussed.
