摘要
Photon recycling is defined as the re-excitation of electron-hole pairs by the internal absorption of luminescent photons. Following the previous treatments on GaAs-AlGaAs single heterostructures, a self-consistent treatment of photon recycling is developed for the optical determination of diffusion length and lifetime in GaAs-AlGaAs double heterostructures. © 1979.
