摘要
The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency and the coupling constant of the LiNbO3 single crystal were found for various crystallographic orientations from plate-shaped resonators in the thickness vibrational mode. The temperature coefficient varied between 7.1 and 9.3 × 10−5 c C − 1 in any crystal orientation. Copyright © 1968 by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
