摘要：

Introduction: Supernumerary kidneys are extremely unusual entities in the literature. Supernumerary kidney associated with horseshoe kidney is even rarer and to the best of our knowledge, there are only four cases reported in the literature. The authors describe one more case of these extremely rare combined anomalies of the urinary tract.
