DETERMINATION OF ENKEPHALINS IN FETUS BRAIN TISSUES BY MEANS OF HPLC WITH PRE-COLUMN FLUORESCENCE DERIVATIZATION

摘要
A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of neuropeptides in complicated biological samples has been presented. 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate has been used as a pre-column fluorescent reagent. The linearity of this method is satisfactory in the range of 1-100 pmol. The concentrations of enkephalins in different regions of human fetus brain has been determined using HPLC method and fell in the range of several to hundreds pmol per gram wet tissue.
