摘要：
We analyse the mecanisms of the transient response of TiO2-film EGO (Exhaust Gas Oxygen) sensors to partial oxygen pressure. This analysis, in agreement with the steady-state behaviour, is based upon the diffusion theory. Moreover, our results corroborate the decrease of the response time when Pt is incorporated to the film or when the thickness of the film is lessened.
