摘要
The connection between the concepts of freedom, rights and law in a liberal conception did not imply a final elimination of every legal and social form of domination. From a republican point of view, the proposals of Rousseau, Kant and, more recently, P. Pettit are an attempt to promote 'non-domination' as a political ideal. Each of them confront the relation between freedom, rights and law in a different way, but it may be asserted that all of them are pursuing a similar aim.
