This paper estimates make a reflection about the elements that characterize the human in the Theory of Organizations, is contrasted the perception that currently has the human as an essential element in their development, with particular reference to management public and how it is seen in modern management that are steeped in impending changes arising from the uncertainty and convert them into complex structures. Design is a documentary analysis on the critical experience of the author that allows human described within the new organizations and how this recognition has humanized the companies in a time of change.
