MAGNETIC STUDIES OF HG1-XMNXS AND HG1-XMNXSE SOLID-SOLUTIONS

摘要
The magnetic susceptibility of Hg1-xMnxS and Hg1-xMnxSe solid solutions with 0.05 ≤x≤0.35 in the temperature range 1.2 K ≤ T ≤ 250 K is presented. The θp < 0 has been found. The critical temperature determined from the curve with two slopes is compared with the one obtained from EPR measurements. Two mechanisms of magnetic spin behaviour are considered. © 1979.
