摘要：
The wall effect is examined for the case of thermal neutrons incident on a cylindrical 3He counter. It is shown that the calculated pulse-height spectrum is sensitive to the available energy loss data for protons and tritons, particularly in the region close to the full energy peak. The calculated spectrum, after smoothing and normalizing, is compared with experimental measurements using a 1 diameter proportional counter. © 1969."
