摘要：
The recent surge of interest in the area of child sexual abuse is not surprising, in view of the frequency with which abuse occurs. This article describes a group therapy program utilized with more than 50 preadolescent children who have experienced intrafamilial sexual abuse. The clinical implications for treatment and the rationale for utilizing a semistructured group program are outlined. The group format of 12 weekly sessions with 6 to 8 children is described.
