Special relationship between France and Germany is still the cornerstone of the EU, despite the growing disparity of their economic potentials and approaches to the Greek debt, the refugee problem, and the Middle East. Cooperation on the Ukrainian crisis ( the Minsk 2) allows the partners to overcome these differences.
