摘要：
One of the problems associated with the use of In-111 labelled monoclonal antibodies for immunoscintigraphy is the relatively high levels of tracer accumulated in the liver. Although the use of different chelators can partly overcome this problem, other factors may operate to cause hepatic clearance of monoclonal antibodies which, with radiometal as the label, is manifest as higher liver levels of the tracer.
