MIGRATION OF CATION VACANCIES IN NACL CRYSTALS HIGHLY DOPED WITH SR2+

摘要
The migration of cation vacancies in NaCl crystals highly doped with Sr2+ (c < 2 × 10-2) has been studied by means of ionic conductivity. The behaviour of the most highly doped crystals can be explained by a high temperature surface precipitation of SrCl2. Simple association theory does not account for the observed results. © 1969.
