摘要
The development of school informatisation includes planning, implementation and evaluation. The evaluation measures the achieved results and deviations from the plans. Self-evaluation of school informatisation has a special role in the quality assurance processes of schools. We describe a development project, which links the theory and practice of self-evaluation, its impact on future planning and its implementation with decision-making process theory. We used a qualitative hierarchical multi-attribute decision-making tool. The present study contributes to the development of school informatisation. We developed a comprehensive model of self-assessment of level of the school informatisation, which could be used by school leadership, teachers or students. It includes a continuous loop: solving the self-evaluation questionnaire, reflecting on the obtained results and reflecting on the basis of these changes for further planning and implementation of activities at the school. The self-evaluation questionnaire as a tree of criteria covered three main areas: 'the school and the environment', 'teachers and online communities' and 'students and the environment'. The model was piloted and tested by headmasters at five schools. The piloted schools and experts considered that the model was an excellent tool for assessing the current situation and that it could lead to a higher level of further planning and implementation of school informatisation. The model encourages the users to unify the different views on the current situation and the comprehensive understanding of the school informatisation.
