Intra-abdominal morcellation of an undiagnosed uterine sarcoma

摘要：
We present the case of a patient with unsuspected leiomyosarcoma who underwent a supracervical hysterectomy and morcellation. After this diagnosis we performed a traquelectomy and anexectomy. A few months later, the patient developed local recurrence of the leiomyosarcoma. (C) 2015 Elsevier Espana, S.L.U. All rights reserved.
