摘要：

The shaper operates by discharging a storage capacitor through a transistor switch to the laser emitter. The pump-pulse duration is 100 +/- 20 nsec, the pump current reaches 16 A for an emitter resistance of 8 OMEGA, the pump-pulse frequency reaches 40 kHz, and dimensions are 55 x 55 mm, and the weight is 300 g.
