摘要:
We analyse bulk properties of d-wave superconductor, which is considered relevant to high T(c) superconductor, within weak coupling theory. The electronic density of states exhibits a lograthismic peak at E=DELTA. Further if we identify this DELTA with energy gap, we obtain DELTA(O)/T(c)=2.14 somewhat larger than the BCS value. These are rather consistent with experimental observation.
