F-18-Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/MR imaging is feasible for initial staging and therapy response assessment in lymphoma. Although FDG PET/MR imaging is equivalent to FDG PET/CT for initial staging of lymphoma, not enough data are available with regard to other indications yet. Diffusion-weighted MR imaging is a promising addition to FDG PET/MR imaging, but has not been evaluated systematically.
