摘要
A scheme for transformation of visual signals using homogeneous neural-like media is proposed. It allows for extraction of characteristic points in an image and for computation of specific features encoding these points. The performance of the suggested algorithm is illustrated by instances of fingerprint transformations in their encoding features.
