摘要
A model for public management of the quality of life at the municipal level is designed, which is structured by its components and the essential relationships between them. Among the particularities that the model should include in its conception, it is particularized in the strengths and opportunities that exist and contribute to correct those issues identified as weaknesses or threats to the process of public management of the quality of life at the municipal level. The method of modeling was used for the construction of the model and its artificial representation. The systemic approach was also used to base the model by addressing this process from the conception of this as a unit, as an integration of elements and not as a simple sum of its parts, where each of them has an impact, an impact on the rest. As a result, the conception of this model was obtained, which harmoniously articulated public management-quality of life based on the processes that favor local development, as well as the integration of local actors.
