摘要:
The paper is devoted to current questions of corporate criminality regulation. The author makes a conclusion that corporate (collective) entities' criminal activity is defined by corporate culture; criminal corporate culture causes new types of criminal activities including those with the use of different forms of legal entity's incorporation; economy's criminalization process is escalating; clear boundaries between legal and illegal business disappear; latent crime level increases; economical and financial crime dynamics increase; socially dangerous acts performed on behalf of or in favor of collective entities appear not to have any legal evaluation and to be beyond legal statistics; the author emphasizes necessity of scientific learning of corporate (collective) entities' criminal activity and formation of Criminal corporate liability institution legislative construction.
