摘要
For the AlN-Cu and ZrB2-Zr metal-ceramic systems, the purity of the materials and the efficiency of the process have been chosen in order to allow a TEM study of the atomic structure of interfaces with low energy epitaxial orientation. In both cases the densest planes and the densest directions are found to be parallel for the two phases despite the misfits in the parameters.
