A 9-year-old boy with both hepatic inversion and prune belly syndrome underwent surgery at the Ospedale Civile of Padua, Division of Pediatric Surgery, for torsion of an epigastric anterior gallbladder mimicking an intra-abdominal abscess. A cholecystectomy was performed successfully, and the patient's postoperative course has been uneventful. To our knowledge, the coexistence of these three conditions has not been previously reported.
