摘要
Attenuation of magnetoelastic waves is studied in heat-treated Si-doped yttrium-iron-garnet single crystals. The accompanying changes in conduction, FMR linewidth, and temperature dependence of attentuation of ME waves are analyzed. Bivalent iron ions are found to give the dominant contribution to the phenomena observed.
