摘要
This paper proposes to provide sustainable alternatives for school lunch, based on recent studies that point to the plants of Cerrado as an alternative source of rich and healthy foods that could come to complement the school lunch, working to combat desnutrition and as an agent of environmental education, rescuing traditional knowledge if they were lost over the years, searching through the knowledge of the redemption values lost to a recovery of the environment in the Cerrado.
