摘要
The invertase activity (v) and ethanol production rate (E) were measured during the fed-batch culture of yeast on sugar cane blackstrap molasses under different feeding rates, which were calculated by equation: F = F0.e(-Kt) (the fermentor filling-up-time was equal to 7 h). The highest total invertase activity (41900 U) and ethanol production rate (76.6 g/h) were obtained when the mash was added into the reactor following a exponentially decreasing feeding rate at K = 0.6 h-1 (F0 = 4.31/h).
