摘要
Different forms of whey beverages continue to be a subject of interest worldwide. Amongst a number of new products developed at a dairy factory in the USSR are two beverages incorporating whey (29). The first, Vodrost, is based on whey with added sugar, raisins and herbs, whereas the second, Lugovoi Tsvetok, consists of a mixture of whey, buttermilk, sodium caseinate, fruit syrup and herbs. The first of these two beverages has been consumer-tested and found to be acceptable.
