摘要
:
We report 1.3μm band amplification in a neodymium (Nd3+) doped single-mode fluorozirconate fibre. Gain of over 10 dB was observed in a 10 m long Nd3+ doped fibre at around 1.33μm. This wavelength is the closest to the important 1.3μm telecommunication systems so far reported. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
