摘要
Superconducting resonators at liquid helium temperatures curently provide the most stable frequency standards. By dielectrically loading these resonators it is hoped to further improve their stability. We report developments of a sapphire loaded Pb resonator which has already shown stabilities better than 4 parts in 10(13) at 4.2 K.
