摘要
A study was undertaken to investigate materials having properties similar to those of HfTiO//4 but not containing Hf. Thermal expansion as well as phase transformation of the alpha -PbO//2-type compounds in the ZrO//2-HfO//2-TiO//2-SnO//2 system were studied, and it was revealed that a compound in the ZrO//2-TiO//2-SnO//2 system exhibited expansion behavior almost identical with that of HfTiO//4.
