摘要
This research broaches the Environmental Education at School, through the analysis of the impact of the Programa Semeando - Fase Solo (Sowing Program-Ground Phase), in a municipal school of the city of Vicosa/MG. The aim was to comprehend the meaning of this Program, as well as its objectives and results. The necessity of preservation of the environment is becoming more and more a surviving question. The school has its piece of responsibility in the promotion of the environmental education and, as it is a place of production and construction of knowledge, it becomes a privileged place to do it. The Programa Semeando (Sowing Program) brought knowledge related to the importance of the environmental preservation to the community of the school analyzed. Through the program it was discussed the valorization of the ground and its importance to the life on Earth. It was perceived the students worry with the environmental conservation and the critical view of the current problems caused by the men to the environment. This was reflected in the students' behavior in relation to the garbage, the cleanliness of the classroom, of the school, and of the district.
