摘要
A model-based technique for chromosome analysis and recognition is developed. The object model which includes size, shape, brightness and structural features is analyzed. A multistage decision making computational scheme on the basis of hypotheses construction/verification is considered. Experimental results on human chromosome recognition are presented.
