摘要
The Co3Sn2and Ni3Sn2phases were studied as function of composition and temperature. The Ni3Sn2type structures of the low temperature modifications were refined from powder neutron diffraction data. At higher temperatures the Co3Sn2and Ni3Sn2phases take the NiAs-Ni2In type structure. The Ni3Sn2to NiAs-Ni2In type transition was studied by high temperature X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. Complete solid solubility exists for the Co3Sn2-CoSb system while a two phase region is established for the Co3Sn2-CoAs system at room temperature.
