摘要：

While the International Union of Tenants (IUT) welcomes Bradley's ongoing and significant contributions to debates on the theme of tenure neutrality, this brief response to his recent article in the International Journal of Housing Policy on tenant campaigns for tenure neutrality seeks to interrogate several key claims he makes about the policy positions of the IUT. In doing so we also reflect on important definitional and conceptual debates surrounding the themes of tenure neutrality and universal social rented housing provision.
