摘要：

The authors report one case of pulmonary histoplasmosis with negative serology. The diagnosis of Histoplasma capsulatum primary infection is difficult and, most of the time rest on isolation of the fungus from tissue biopsy. The responsability of salbutamol spray for favoring contamination is mentioned in that case.
