摘要
With an abundance of variables to satisfy the indicated requirement of the standard during tests it becomes necessary to vary the amount of energy E stored by the tester before an impact. This potential energy depends, as a rule, on the mass of the pendulum and the height of its lift. It is only possible to vary the stored-energy level by altering the mass of the pendulum. But in this case it is not completely clear whether the value of the impact work (impact strength) is changed by a changer of a tester's stored energy within the range of values permitted by the standard. The objective of this article is to clarify this problem.
