摘要:
The determination was carried out in 0.2 mol l-1 acetate buffer (pH 4.2) in the presence of 10(-5) mol l-1 solution of Solochrome Violet RS. For complete formation of the complex the sample was heated for 10 min at 90-degrees-C. Adsorptive preconcentration was made on mercury drop electrode at -0.25V during 1 min and the cathodic peaks were recorded from -0.25 to -0.8 V The interference of iron(III) was removed by reduction with hydrazine hydrochloride; other heavy metals including copper were removed by electrolysis on mercury macroelectrode. The calibration graph was found to be linear from 1 to 15 ppb Al. This method was applied for determination of aluminium in water, snow, medical aqueous preparations and lung tissue. The accuracy was tested using flour V-8 standard reference material.
