摘要：
The state of small-scale and medium-scale enterprise in Russia, the basic mechanisms of support as well as some obstacles that have a negative influence on it development are analyzed in the article. Authors suggested the factors that can render a positive effect to reach the crucial indices that fortify in the Strategy of development of small-scale and medium-scale enterprise in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 year.
