摘要
The intermolecular association of biopolymers was established by gel-chromatography on Sephadex, IR spectroscopy, UV spectrophotometry, and other methods in model experiments with the interaction between plant protein and arabinoglucuronoxylan in alkaline solutions. This interaction decreased the protein resistance to enzymatic digestion, and changed the optical, electrical, rheological, and other characteristics of biopolymers.
