摘要
A qualitative dynamical model of a photoinduced light scattering (PILS) with the polarization change (or polarizationally -anisotropic scattering (PAS)) is proposed. Fundamental principles of this model are coincide with those of the polarizationally-isotropic scattering (PIS) proposed in [1]. The PIS is associated with nonstationary diffusers which are formed at the light illumination. These diffusers define the spatial characteristics, and the holographic amplification determines the quantity characteristics.
