摘要
The present investigation has been carried out to examine the thermodynamic behavior of aluminum in the hydrolysis operation of aluminum sulfate aqueous solution with sodium hydroxide solution work was done to determine the pH-dependence of the solubility of the precipitate produced in hydrolysis at 333 K. The hydrolysis proceeds via two steps. A method is proposed which enables one to calculate the activity coefficients of various and SO**2//4** minus ions for the ternary system H//2SO//4-Na//2SO//4-H//2O as a function of ionic strength.
