摘要
An optical-digital approach to the classification of rough surfaces using Fourier spectrum sampling is described. The set-up consists of a coherent optical system to generate the Fourier irradiance of a rough sample and a digital computer to process data. The extraction and measurement of specific features of a Fourier spectrum are carried out for typical machined samples as is an analysis of these parameters in roughness classification. © 1990.
