FINE-PARTICLE MAGNETISM IN NANOCRYSTALLINE FE-CU-NB-SI-B AT ELEVATED-TEMPERATURES

摘要
Magnetic interactions between the nanocrystalline particles in FeCuNbSiB are studied above the Curie temperature of the intergranular amorphous phase. It is shown that with increasing volume fraction of nanocrystalline particles, the interparticle interaction increasingly suppresses superparamagnetic fluctuations and the transition to superferromagnetic behavior is observed.
