摘要
We have designed a new attenuated total-reflection (ATR) Raman scattering apparatus with an optical fiber and hemispherical prism. This apparatus is characterized by easy control and high resolution of the incident angle as well as the rotation of a sample mounted on a prism. We have applied this apparatus to the characterization of the depth profile of the molecular structure, molecular orientation and anisotropic refractive indices for a diamond-like amorphous carbon film prepared on a polyethylene terephthalate film, an iodide-doped polyvinyl alcohol film and an organic nonlinear optical crystal thin film.
