摘要
A method has been developed for estimating the variations of the energy efficiency of diffractive optical elements (DOEs) after the introduction of a technological error in the diffraction microrelief formation. For DOEs with radial symmetry the equations describing the energy efficiency variations due to a piecewise linear approximation of microrelief zones are obtained.
