摘要：

As part of a Swiss support project for Jewish people in Belarus, a group of psychoanalytically trained psychotherapists and psychiatrists performs group work in Belarus. This paper presents the experiences with these Balint groups and reflections about the use of the Balint method for the training of a multiprofessional group. It results in surprising, rich and impressing experiences for all participants, that dominate critical and autocritical questions concerning the project.
