Isothermal oxygen absorption experiments were carried out for YB2Cu3O5.98, and X-ray examination were performed for the oxides with various oxygen contents. The phase diagram of YBa2Cu3Oy was determined from the isotherms with the help of X-ray results. © 1990 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
